Kari Michaelsen

Kari Michaelsen started her career as a child actress and came to the public’s attention in the 1980’s when she starred for six seasons as “Katie” on the NBC sitcom “Gimme a Break”. Her television, film and theater credits account for an impressive list of accomplishments of which any actress would be proud. Kari has been doing public speaking and hosting educational seminars since 1990. Combining those skills with her years of experience in front of the camera seemed natural and somewhat destined as the next step. Thus, her career in broadcasting was born. Kari’s numerous broadcasting credits include the weekly show she hosted “In the Spotlight.” Kari says, “Over the years, I’ve been inspired by many powerful people. She has also done feature interviews with bestselling author, Marianne Williamson, as well as personal performance expert, Anthony Robbins. Kari currently travels across the country as a very much sought-after speaker.
